Our experience with Matt and Josh was exceptional! We had a cat urine situation and getting ready to list our house for... sale so we needed the cat urine smell gone asap. We called on a Sunday and they responded right away and Matt came out that day! He was very thorough to assess the situation, walking the perimeter of the entire basement with special tools and blacklight to ensure there was no other cat urine present in other places. The spot with the urine he actually pulled up the carpet and revealed that it had soaked into the pad and he recommended we replace the pad before we cleaned the carpet to ensure the smell was gone! We replaced the pad that day and they came out the very next day to clean the carpet! He even walked us through the proper method to remove the urine and the special chemicals he needed to use. I truly appreciate their honesty, thoroughness and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got rid of the urine properly and we appreciate the super quick response! I am so glad they did not just clean the carpet without telling us it was soaked into the pad! They also called us back the next day to ensure everything was good.read more

Great. I am so happy with Matt's work. I thought I was gonna have to pay 1500 bucks to replace the carpet at cedarhurst... assisted living. For some reason they have white carpet. There were of course lots of spots from my 100 yr old parents dropping and spilling food and drinks. Looked like big trouble. The maintenance manager told me I had to replace it. I called Matt and he sounded confident he could clean it. He worked diligently until he had it looking brand new. Thanks Matt, you saved me 1300 bucks.read more

I canceled an appointment with JLee’s in order to use a coupon with Stanley steamer. My experience was, regrettably,... terrible. Matt followed up with me and was empathetic about my experience, and despite my canceling our appointment, he came to our home to teach us about how this is supposed to work. He volunteered his time to make everything better, and we will be using him from now on.
These guys take pride in what they do, and do it right the first time. I am very very happy they offer services in our area!read more

You are not going to find anyone with as much knowledge in... this field and who also truly takes pride in their work. The equipment is state-of-the-art and appears to have more power than some or most vehicles on the road!
By the time he is done with the job and has provided you with the low-down on how everything works, you will surely be reassured that by your own newly found knowledge of carpet and floor cleaning that everything was done as PROFESSIONALLY as can be accomplished!
